Soft-baked Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Pumpkin Spice Cookies

This holiday-inspired recipe comes to us from NASM certified personal trainer Adam Cole. Like us, he is all about 1) celebrating life and taking care of his nutritional habits with clean, whole foods and natural ingredients and 2) avoiding processed extras, refined sugars, and treats filled with soy and corn syrup.

Promix Grass-fed Whey is a fantastic addition to baked goods for so many reasons, but Adam loves to incorporate our Chocolate Whey into these festive pumpkin spice cookies so he can nix refined flours and add extra protein and flavor for a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Our vegan varieties will also do the trick while keeping things plant-based!

Clean, high quality chocolate is incredibly hard to find, so Promix made our own delicious Paleo Chocolate Bars. We only use pure, simple ingredients for bars that are 70% Cacao with no refined sugars, dairy, gluten, soy lecithin, emulsifiers, stabilizers, GMOs or sugar alcohols. Plus, 5% of the profits from from our chocolate go to The Surfrider Foundation to help protect our oceans through beach clean ups across the country. Grab a box of 12 to bake into sweet treats, stuff into stockings, or hide away in your snack drawer for a well-earned little indulgence.

Check out his next-level recipe for dense, gooey, chocolatey pumpkin spice cookies and celebrate the holidays without feeling weighed down. You don’t have to press pause on your goals to enjoy yourself!
