Oh man, do I empathize! It seems like none of us have time to sit down and focus of fueling up a noon.
While I certainly recommend you check out our recipes for some amazing meal replacement shakes and smoothies that will keep you full and energized (not to mention check all of your nutritional boxes), I am a huge advocate for eating real food whenever possible.
It’s easy to grab a granola bar and call it a meal, or pop open a plastic bottle of some protein drink that’s been in a vending machine for an unknown length of time (yikes). But especially at lunch, focus on eating an actual meal. If you don’t have time to prepare your own lunch or shake in the morning, order in.

Order in! Your best options are ordering something from a restaurant you like and trust that hits every macronutrient your body needs. From grass-fed burgers to poké, big salads to grain bowls with a protein and plenty of vegetables, there are lots of options to do right by your body. Remember you need quality protein, fat, and just a touch of good carbohydrates to balance out your meal, stay full and satisfied, and feel energized to take on the second half of the work day.
